HYBRID EMR COURSE
The Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) is designed for the students who want to become active in the Emergency Medical System and are not quite old enough for EMT or choose to maintain a level of a basic first aid. The EMR level can render first aid care to individuals that become ill or injured at work until EMTs can arrive. An EMR usually does not transport patients to the hospital.
The program consists of 80+ hours and will work alongside the EMTs as you progress through theprogram.
The course begins on September 12, 2021 and runs through November 17, 2021. The hybrid program will be all online academic/cognitive and one night per week for in-person practical skill stations, taking place on Wednesday from 6p-9p.
Cost: $800 (includes online digital access to Jones and Bartlett Navigate 2 Premier Access.
